Q: Can I Cancel My Reservation?
A: Yes, We Offer 100% Full Refunds.
We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. SafeRide Transport has a very simple cancellation policy: Just give us 6 hours notice prior to your pick up time and you are ensured a full refund. Cancellations less than 6 hours prior to pick up time, or if the traveling party elects not to appear for a pickup (a no show), are charged the full fare. Fares (including gratuity) for reservations booked within 6 hours of the required pick up time are non-refundable.

Airport arrivals - Meet and Greet Service
If you booked your reservation with meet and greet service, upon arriving at airport, make your way to your airline’s baggage claim. Your driver will be waiting for you near the entrance to the baggage claim with a small sign with your name on it. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your waiting vehicle. If you do not see your driver please contact our customer service department 888-852-7433.
Airport arrivals - Curbside Pickup
For curbside pick-up, we ask passengers to collect their bags (if traveling with luggage) proceed directly outside to the first curb. Please check your cell phone and any text or voice messages. Most likely your driver will have attempted to call you to coordinate where and when exactly to pick you up. If you are not able to reach your driver please contact our customer service department by calling 888-852-7433.
Los Angeles Cruise Ship Terminal
Upon arriving at the Los Angeles Cruise Ship Terminal in LA Harbor, call toll-free from any public telephone, 888-852-7433 and press Option 2 at the greeting. A SafeRide Transport agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your car.
Q: What is the Difference Between Meet & Greet and Curbside Pickup?
A: We offer our customers 2 types of pick-up service at all area airports (LAX, SNA, LGB, BUR, and ONT) curbside or baggage claim.
For curbside pick-up, we ask passengers to collect their bags (if traveling with luggage) and head outside or proceed directly outside (if only traveling with carry-on luggage). Once out of the terminal, please give us a call at 888-852-7433 and ask for your vehicle to pull around. We typically find the process takes 5-7 minutes depending on your terminal and the chauffeur’s location.
If you have requested baggage claim service, you can plan on your chauffeur meeting you in terminal with a sign bearing your name. Arriving internationally? Your chauffeur will await your arrival just outside of the customs area (as this is the closest location we are able to position our chauffeurs). Is there a cost difference?
The price you have been quoted is for curbside pick-up. Baggage claim meet and greet service comes with a $10.00 charge to cover the cost of parking. If you have any other questions, please feel free to give us a call. One of our representatives would be happy to answer your questions!
Q: What is the weight and size requirement for luggage?
A: Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines.
No single piece of baggage or property weighing more than fifty (50) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage.

New California Child Passenger Restraint Requirements Effective January 1, 2002 (California Vehicle Code) 27360. No parent or legal guardian, when present in a motor vehicle, as defined in Section 27315, shall permit his or her child or ward to be transported upon a highway in the motor vehicle without providing and properly securing the child or ward, in a child passenger restraint system meeting applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards unless the child or ward is at least one of the following: Six years of age or older. Weighs 60 pounds or more. No driver shall transport on a highway any child in a motor vehicle, as defined in Section 27315, without providing and properly securing the child in a child passenger restraint system meeting applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards unless the child is at least one of the following: Six years of age or older.
