Q: I Have Never Used Your Limo Service. How Do I Know My Information Is Safe?

A: SafeRide Transport utilizes the latest software technology to protect all information gathered on our site. In addition, we have implemented very strict policies and programs that protect and limit the access to our client's personal information to authorized employees only.

Q: Is My Credit Card Information Secure?

A: All credit card communications utilize HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol over Secure Socket Layer, or HTTP over SSL) which encrypts sensitive information, ensuring maximum security.

Q: Can I Cancel My Limo Reservation?

A: Yes, We Offer 100% Full Refunds.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. SafeRide Transport has a very simple cancellation policy: Just give us 6 hours notice prior to your pick up time and you are ensured a full refund. Cancellations less than 6 hours prior to pick up time, or if the traveling party elects not to appear for a pickup (a no show), are charged the full fare. Fares (including gratuity) for reservations booked within 6 hours of the required pick up time are non-refundable.

Airport arrivals - Curbside Pickup

For curbside pick-up, we ask passengers to collect their bags (if traveling with luggage) proceed directly outside to the first curb. Please check your cell phone and any text or voice messages. Most likely your driver will have attempted to call you to coordinate where and when exactly to pick you up. If you are not able to reach your driver please contact our customer service department by calling 888-852-7433.

LAX Pick up Instruction for CURBSIDE PICK UP.

  1. Exit the double doors outside the Baggage Claim Area.
  2. Go to the White Curb which is the loading and unloading Passenger area.
  3. At this time, if you have not received a phone call from us, please call our Dispatch Department at 1-888-852-7433 and select option 2 or our Vehicle Status Line at 1-310-868-4730.
  4. Provide our Agent your reservation number and the agent will check you in and provide the latest information regarding your reservation.

Upon arriving at the Los Angeles Cruise Ship Terminal in LA Harbor, call toll-free from any public telephone, 888-852-7433 and press Option 2 at the greeting. A SafeRide Transport agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your car.

Q: How does curbside pickup work?

A: With curbside pick-up, we ask passengers to collect their bags (if traveling with luggage) and head outside or proceed directly outside (if only traveling with carry-on luggage). Once out of the terminal, please give us a call at 888-852-7433 and ask for your vehicle to pull around We typically find the process takes 5-7 minutes depending on your terminal and the chauffeur’s location.

Q: What is the weight and size requirement for luggage?

A: Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines.

No single piece of baggage or property weighing more than fifty (50) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage.

Q: Do you offer Child Safety Seats for limo and car services?

New California Child Passenger Restraint Requirements Effective January 1, 2002 (California Vehicle Code) 27360. No parent or legal guardian, when present in a motor vehicle, as defined in Section 27315, shall permit his or her child or ward to be transported upon a highway in the motor vehicle without providing and properly securing the child or ward, in a child passenger restraint system meeting applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards unless the child or ward is at least one of the following: Six years of age or older. Weighs 60 pounds or more. No driver shall transport on a highway any child in a motor vehicle, as defined in Section 27315, without providing and properly securing the child in a child passenger restraint system meeting applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards unless the child is at least one of the following: Six years of age or older.
