Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. SafeRide Transport has a very simple cancellation policy: Just give us 6 hours notice prior to your pick up time and you are ensured a full refund. Cancellations less than 6 hours prior to pick up time, or if the traveling party elects not to appear for a pickup (a no show), are charged the full fare. Fares (including gratuity) for reservations booked within 6 hours of the required pick up time are non-refundable.

Airport arrivals - Curbside Pickup
For curbside pick-up, we ask passengers to collect their bags (if traveling with luggage) proceed directly outside to the first curb. Please check your cell phone and any text or voice messages. Most likely your driver will have attempted to call you to coordinate where and when exactly to pick you up. If you are not able to reach your driver please contact our customer service department by calling 888-852-7433.

Upon arriving at the Los Angeles Cruise Ship Terminal in LA Harbor, call toll-free from any public telephone, 888-852-7433 and press Option 2 at the greeting. A SafeRide Transport agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your car.
A: With curbside pick-up, we ask passengers to collect their bags (if traveling with luggage) and head outside or proceed directly outside (if only traveling with carry-on luggage). Once out of the terminal, please give us a call at 888-852-7433 and ask for your vehicle to pull around We typically find the process takes 5-7 minutes depending on your terminal and the chauffeur’s location.

A: Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines.
No single piece of baggage or property weighing more than fifty (50) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage.

SafeRide Limo Service Inc welcomes the opportunity to serve our junior passengers. Child seats are available as needed at the customers request.
